Tell the story of Cambodian coffee through short-form video — from the first idea to the final cut.

Job Scope

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot and edit Reels and short-form brand videos
  • Build storyboards, shot lists, hooks and creative treatments for each project
  • Create product films and visual stories that communicate the ARUNERA brand
  • Explore AI-assisted ideation, scripting and video production workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong eye for framing, pacing, visual storytelling and mobile-first video
  • Curiosity about camera work, editing and creative AI tools
  • An independent, hands-on approach to turning a script into a finished Reel
  • A willingness to learn — prior agency experience is not required

Bonus

  • Practical training in ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut and other production tools
  • Guidance to build a professional video portfolio
  • Support in preparing for and finding future client projects

Client acquisition · Long-term partnerships

Build new relationships, turn conversations into clients and grow with every account you maintain.

Job Scope

  • Identify prospective clients and open new business conversations
  • Present ARUNERA products and partnership opportunities to potential buyers
  • Develop proposals, follow up on opportunities and close new accounts
  • Maintain existing client relationships and develop repeat business

What We’re Looking For

  • Confidence in outreach, sales conversations and client relationship building
  • A results-oriented mindset with the discipline to follow up consistently
  • Strong communication, negotiation and account-management skills
  • An interest in Cambodian coffee, gifting and hospitality partnerships

Bonus

  • Base salary plus monthly sales commission
  • Recurring monthly commission for eligible accounts while you actively maintain the client relationship, subject to the agreed commission terms
  • Opportunity to grow a long-term client portfolio instead of earning only on the first sale
